WKRP Roleplay Server Rules



General Rules

• Staying informed on any rule changes on our website or Discord is your responsibility.
• Playing content protected by copyright (DMCA) is strictly prohibited. This includes copyrighted movies, music, and other protected materials.
• Use a clear, working microphone.
• Engaging in Erotic Roleplay (ERP) is strictly prohibited. This includes explicit or sexually suggestive content, nudity, or lewd materials.
• Do not encourage or influence others to break the rules.
• Real-life situations such as suicide roleplay, terrorism threats, pandemics, and mental illnesses are strictly prohibited.
• Roleplay should continue unless all parties involved agree to stop or pause it.
• Using explicit or offensive names on any WKRP platforms is strictly prohibited.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy towards racism, trolling, discrimination, homophobia, and sexism.
• Treat everyone with respect and equality.
• The use of derogatory terms is strictly prohibited.
• Attacking or engaging in harmful behavior towards members on other platforms like Discord, YouTube, or Twitter is strictly prohibited.
• Content creators must actively moderate their communities to ensure a healthy and inclusive environment.

Account & Donations

Account

• You are responsible for all activities on your account.
• Buying or selling accounts or valuables from other users outside official channels is strictly prohibited.
• If you lose access to your Discord account, Allow list status cannot be transferred to another account.

Donations

• A 24-hour window is available for refund requests on donations and purchases. Contact Fellex (Owner) within 24 hours if needed.
• Donation perks and benefits are tied to your specific account and cannot be changed or transferred once allocated.
• Purchases made by a banned buyer will not be refunded.
• Chargebacks will lead to bans that cannot be appealed.
• Selling items obtained through purchases is strictly prohibited.

Character Guidelines

• Members in police, corrections, justice, and medical services roles must not engage in corruption for personal gain.
• Maintain a clear separation between your characters. Each should exist independently.
• Character names must be serious and appropriate.
• Multiple characters cannot be affiliated with the same circle or gang.
• Recordings can be used as legal evidence if a player has a camera on their character.
• Players can create unique characters like robots or paranormal entities, respecting the immersion of others.
• Properties can be removed if a player has been inactive for approximately 90 days.
• Indicating no pulse three times results in the permanent death of your character.
• Complete character creation before roleplay scenarios.

Cheating & Exploiting

Game Modifications, Cheating & Macros

• Game modifications providing unfair advantages are prohibited.
• Visual enhancements that do not provide unfair advantages are allowed.
• Macroing, using third-party software to automate actions, is strictly prohibited.
• Shadows must be enabled to prevent unfair advantages.

Exploiting Bugs

• Exploiting client or server bugs is strictly prohibited.
• Report bugs on our GitHub Feedback Repository.

Communication

• Communicate in English or languages agreed upon by all parties involved.
• Advertising other GTA V communities or cyber threats is strictly forbidden.
• Out-of-character offensive language, threats, or racism are prohibited.
• Low-quality microphones or voice changers impacting voice quality will be addressed through a ticket system.

Crime & Gangs

Gangs

• Gangs must have originality and creativity, not just violence.
• Initiate roleplay before shooting or engaging in combat.

Criminal Activities

• Criminal activities are limited to five criminals, except for Oil Rig activities.
• The 5-man rule limits criminal activities to a maximum of five players.

Roleplay Rules

Deathmatch, Revenge Killing & Kill On Sight

• Initiate roleplay interactions before violent confrontations.

New Life Rule (NLR)

• Once incapacitated, players cannot return to the area of their death for 30 minutes.

Combat & Roleplay Logging

• Do not disconnect or respawn from roleplay or combat situations with potential in-character consequences.

Metagaming, Powergaming & Torture RP

• Metagaming, using real-life information for in-game advantage, is prohibited.

Roleplay Quality

• Cop baiting, provoking police without roleplay, is considered low-quality roleplay.

Fail/Low Quality Roleplay (LQRP, FRP)

• Actions unrealistic or detrimental to roleplay are considered FailRP.

Value of Life

• Players must act as if characters have only one life.

Economy Rules

• Creating characters to transfer starter money or assets is strictly prohibited.

Aircraft Rules

• Use aircraft responsibly; avoid using them to evade police or engage in violence.
